The following items are needed by the sanctuary. Please contact me at Laurie@rabbit.org for
additional information. The Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Your donations may
be tax deductible.
- Stand for IV fluids
- Three non-ionized air "purifiers"
- Linoleum (or type) squares for floors in the bunny rooms (squares so that if one gets damaged, it's
fairly easy to replace.
- Worker to pull up the rug/ruck tack strips in one of the bunny rooms (and help put down the new
squares if we have them!)
- Oxbow timothy pellets (we use one ten pound bag a week)
- CareFresh litter (we use two 50 liter bags a week)
- Timothy hay (we use 1 bale a month)
- Wicker/willow bunny toys
- Large (30 gallon or larger) garbage bags for used litter, etc.
- Towels
- Sheets
- Large fleece (must be at least 40x40) for the bottom of Fletcher's pen. He cannot get up into a litter
box so he uses a corner of his pen. We put a towel and two layers of fleece to keep him dry and to
cushion him when he rolls.
- Paper towels
- White vinegar
- Scent-free laundry detergent
- Swiffer-type dusters
- Brooms/dustpans as they need to be insinfected/tossed after a certain amount of time. Or, if they're
straw, replace after someone has eaten them!
- Cilantro (one bunch a day)
- Parsley (one bunch a day)
- Italian parsley (one bunch a day)
- Romain lettuce (2 heads a week)
- Red or green leaf lettuce (one of each per week)
